1. Apply the top portion of the mask starting from the forehead to your nose, making sure that the mask is fitted properly
2. Apply the bottom portion of the mask from the upper lip area to the chin
3. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes
4. Gently pat the remaining essence to absorbed into the skin
