Since the beginning of the pandemic, Korea has been modelled for it's successful implementation of Covid related health and safety measures. As a valued customer, we are doing all we can to ensure that your health is our priority.

Some of our safety measures include:

• All products received from the manufacturers are sanitized thoroughly before shelving
• All products are sanitized before being packaged for delivery
• All our employees are required to undergo temperature checks daily, change of mask every 4 hours and sanitize their hands frequently. 
• Regular deep sanitization of surfaces throughout our office, storage and packaging area.
• Six feet social distancing between workstations is maintained at all times.

In addition, you may experience shipping delays due to COVID-response plan implemented by our company and our affiliated logistic companies. This may temporarily slow down the processing of orders and deliveries. We assure you that we are striving to process your orders as quickly as possible.
