Please note that if this happens, you are responsible for all duties, taxes and processing fees. Refunds are not available for returned orders due to uncleared customs.

Currently, Oshen Skin is not registered under IOSS. Therefore, if you reside in a country that is a part of the European Union, you will need to cover all import duties, taxes and handling fees before you receive your orders.
